About the Role

As the Coordinator Learning and Development – State-wide Training (Aviation), you will plan, coordinate and support aviation training programs that strengthen the skills and readiness of CFA members. Working with regional teams, aviation specialists and training providers, you will coordinate course delivery, manage training resources and help ensure training is consistent, effective and aligned with operational needs.

You will monitor training activities, analyse performance data, prepare reports and support continuous improvement. The role also manages training records, compliance requirements, resource inventories and financial processes to ensure efficient and compliant training delivery across the state.

We're looking for a highly organised coordinator with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You can manage competing priorities, work collaboratively with a range of people and maintain accurate records and data.





This is an exciting opportunity to support aviation training that helps CFA deliver critical emergency services across Victoria

About you

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards and setting of a RTO
- Well-developed written communication skills to develop reports and correspondence and to convey training information and objectives to internal and external customers
- Proven administrative skills and experience including word processing, spreadsheets and ability to utilize a variety of enterprise wide systems and applications
- A contemporary understanding of competency based learning and development business practices
- Proven ability to manage numerous, varied and concurrent projects within budget, quality and time parameters
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a virtual team
