About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead a team of 8–9 fabricators while remaining hands‑on with fabrication work. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and support a team of 8–9 fabricators




- Coordinate daily workflow to meet production deadlines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Perform hands‑on fabrication and welding as required
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Promote a positive and productive team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Trade qualifications in Fabrication or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader within a fabrication or manufacturing setting
- Strong fabrication skills and the ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- The ability to motivate and support a high‑performing team
