As a Senior Financial Services Business Partner, you will provide strategic financial leadership and trusted business partnering across a large and complex organisation. You will deliver high-quality financial advice, drive budgeting and forecasting, and provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior executives to provide strategic financial advice, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insights that support business objectives.

Lead the development and management of divisional budgets, financial forecasts, management reporting, and performance dashboards.

Analyse complex financial data and translate insights into clear recommendations that support executive decision-making and business performance.

Drive financial governance, accounting policy compliance, business case development, funding proposals, and risk mitigation strategies.

Lead continuous improvement and financial change initiatives,



building strong stakeholder relationships to enhance financial capability and operational performance.

Key Skills

Extensive experience in financial business partnering within a large, complex organisation, providing strategic advice to senior leaders.

Proven expertise in budget development, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, and performance analysis.

Strong knowledge of finance systems, particularly SAP, with the ability to leverage financial data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship management skills, with demonstrated success leading organisational change initiatives.

Solid understanding of accounting policies, financial governance, business case development, and delivering continuous process improvements.
