About the role
Dunbar Scaffold Hire are seeking an Trainee Scaffolder to join the team in Bathurst. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the scaffolding industry, you’ll earn while you learn working alongside experienced scaffolders on real projects across regional NSW.

What you'll be doing
Assist experienced scaffolders in the safe assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures
Receive hands-on practical experience across commercial, industrial, and residential projects
Transport and handle scaffolding materials and equipment on-site
Follow and adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your scaffolding skills
What we’re looking for
Interest and enthusiasm for a career in the trades and services industry
Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
Current White Card
