Night Manager

Brady Hotels & Apartments is looking for a confident, reliable and guest-focused Night Manager to join our team at one of our Melbourne CBD hotels.

As Night Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring our guests receive the same warm and personalised service Brady Hotels is known for, no matter what time they arrive.

Lead the Hotel While the City Sleeps

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead the overnight operation of the hotel, overseeing guest services, hotel security and the Night Audit process.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of the hotel overnight, supporting guests, resolving issues with confidence and ensuring the property is safe, secure and ready for the day ahead.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overnight operation of the hotel.
- Welcome late arrivals and assist departing guests.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest enquiries.
- Complete the Night Audit and daily reporting.




- Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members and the property.
- Conduct regular security and presentation checks.
- Prepare the hotel for the morning team.
- Work independently while maintaining high service standards.

About You

- Previous hotel Front Office or Night Audit experience preferred.
- Confident working independently and making decisions.
- Passion for guest service and hospitality.
- Calm, organised and professional under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems is highly regarded.
- Flexible to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
