In this territory, you will be key to understanding our customers’ known and unknown challenges and opportunities. As an influencer leveraging customer insights, you will thrive on identifying the right solutions from our offer portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Identify and drive new opportunities within the market, including solutions, new customers, and segments.
- Activate and utilize sales processes to manage and maintain a 12‑month rolling order book and pipeline with both existing and new customers.
- Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry, including competitor activity and market/industry trends.
- Achieve territory and team objectives aligned to the region and Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks that are part of the role.

Qualifications

- More than 3 years of field sales experience within a relevant sector (industrial preferred).
- Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape direction.




- Appreciates and understands sales process methodology.
- Can identify insight to help determine a well‑rounded solution.
- Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
- Positive and influential presence in building strong, effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate product or offer features and benefits into a clear value proposition.
- Experience dealing with varying levels of stakeholders, including Tier1‑3 customers.
