Location

Southern region, NSW – All centres are located within the NSW Southern region.

Salary Range

Ranging from $40 to $45 per hour + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Employment Type

Full-time Permanent.

Your Impact

As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs offered to children. You put safety first with everything you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Educator – Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.




- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
- Maintain a safe workplace for children, families and team members.
