- Conduct arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectively
- Assist and support tenants in maintaining their tenancies
- Carry out property inspections and complete required property reports
- Attend court/tribunal hearings to represent the organisation’s interests
- Maintain tenancy and property records to meet organisational and regulatory standards
- Track and drive a strong KPI focus across a variety of performance areas
- Build positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support
- Promote community connection and engagement through collaborative partnerships and inclusive practices
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with vulnerable client groups
- Community housing or property management experience is desirable
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and NCAT process preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office for reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driving licence
- Working with Children Check
