About the Role

As Nurse Team Leader, you will work closely with the Practice Manager, doctors and nursing team to support the delivery of high‑quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring the nursing team
- Supporting daily clinical operations
- Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments
- Immunisations and treatment room procedures
- Infection control and clinical governance
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Staff onboarding and development




- Promoting a positive, patient‑focused culture

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working in General Practice or Primary Healthcare
- Previous leadership, mentoring or senior nursing experience
- Experience with Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current COVID‑19 Vaccination status in accordance with healthcare requirements
- A proactive and collaborative approach
