We at Coforge are hiring Functional Tester with the following skillset:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tester to own and lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a critical Salesforce project.

The Ideal candidate will have strong hands-on testing experience, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of Salesforce and best testing practices for data migration and integrations.

Mandatory skill: Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the overall test strategy planning and execution for E2E testing.
- Coordinate across multiple teams including developers, data engineers, functional consultant and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness post-migration through comprehensive validation and reconciliation processes.
- Integration testing with upstream/downstream systems.
- Functional, automation and regression testing for METs,



Digital team and other team involved.
- Lead UAT coordination, issue triage, and sign-off processes.
- Build and manage different QA metrics like requirement traceability, Defect and test cases progress etc for reporting purpose.
- Collaborate with PMs and Business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and complete
- Report on test progress, defect status and risk to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Robust understanding of integration testing.
- Proven experience in data integration testing – including data mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of test and defect management tools like JIRA X-Ray.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modes.
- Experience leading UAT cycles and working closely with business users
