We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our dynamic team at our brand new Hoppers Crossing showroom featuring the recent Subaru global corporate identity. As a team member at Inchcape Automotive Retail, you will proudly representing our OEM Partner Subaru.

What you’ll do

- Partner with both in‑store and online teams to provide Finance & Insurance support and manage escalated cases.
- Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
- Sell bundled products such as service plans and ensure they are correctly included in contracts.
- Manage end‑to‑end commercial applications and support customers from the Business Development Centre.
- Follow up on cash deals to maximise F&I; opportunities while maintaining compliance with FSRA, privacy and legal standards.

About you

- Previous experience in financial services, with accreditation by relevant financiers and exposure to the automotive industry (F&I;) considered desirable.




- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast‑paced environments, with strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with confidence using MS Office and digital platforms.
- Customer‑focused approach with adaptability to diverse needs and situations.
