Overview

This casual support worker role in Dubbo, NSW offers SCHADS 2B paid at $46.70ph – $84.06ph (includes penalty rates) with Super and salary packaging options. Shift times are adaptable and may include morning, daytime or evening. Willingness to travel outside Dubbo is required.

Responsibilities

- Provide front‑line support to participants with daily living activities.
- Offer companionship, transport, shopping, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management.
- Develop and maintain individualised care plans and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Work closely with participants, families and other staff to meet personal goals.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable but not essential) or equivalent working/lived experience.
- Current valid driver’s licence and a registered, insured vehicle.
- Police record check (Working with Children Check).
- Manual handling training (desirable, training provided).
- NDIS worker screening and orientation module completion.
- Right to work in Australia,



availability to use personal smartphone.
- Proactive, independent, able to follow direction and work as part of a tight‑knit team.
