Lux Traffic is a leading Perth-based traffic management company delivering safe, reliable, and effective traffic control solutions across Western Australia. With our head office in Wanneroo, we’re looking for additional Traffic Management Planners & Drafters to join our close-knit Planning Team.

This is a full time role for a motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with fellow planners, contributing to high-quality Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that keep Perth moving safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and compliant TMPs using Rapid Plan software
- Conduct risk assessments and document controls
- Liaise with clients, Main Roads WA, local councils, and stakeholders
- Manage permit applications and communicate plans to on-road teams





Rapid Plan training can be provided for the right candidate (previous experience with the software is highly regarded but not essential).

What You’ll Bring

- Current AWTM (Advanced Worksite Traffic Management) accreditation (essential)
- WA Driver’s License and White Card
- Strong understanding of AGTTM and MRWA Code of Practice
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
