About the role

As the face of the People & Culture team, you will provide support in the following areas:

- Reporting and data analysis for business reports.
- Creating and updating policies and procedures.
- Managing the HR Advice line inbox – responding and/or triaging.
- Conducting workplace investigations and managing performance.
- Interpreting and preparing analysis of the Enterprise Agreement.
- Managing People & Culture systems and processes.
- Supporting projects, case management and cultural initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor.
- Experience working in an ambiguous and fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering projects on time and in scope.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and solution‑focused approach.




- Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as operationally required and for team development.
- Workday experience advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field advantageous.
