The Role

This isn't a "sit-behind-the-desk" management role. You will be the driving force behind a team of 10–12 lead generation specialists, using your outbound sales expertise to lift conversion rates.

You’ll be responsible for transforming raw potential into high-performing experts, ensuring our health insurance brokers receive the highest quality leads while maintaining a culture of accountability and fun.

What You'll Be Doing You'll be at the heart of our operations, coaching and guiding your team to success:





- Oversee daily outbound activities to ensure the team hits "transfer to sale" and lead volume targets.
- Motivate and inspire your team daily, creating a high-performing environment.
- Provide coaching, call monitoring, and constructive feedback to boost agent confidence and success.
- Track KPIs and implement tailored development plans to ensure every team member reaches their full potential.
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new lead generation agents, and even mentor emerging team leaders.
- Lead daily huddles, facilitate team meetings, and share best practices to keep energy levels high.
- Jump in to assist with challenging calls or complex customer queries, always ensuring we're compliant with policies and regulations.
- Take charge of key projects that advance the team, and even create fun, short-term incentives that encourage creativity.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- At least 2 years in a team leadership role in an outbound call centre (lead generation is a bonus!)
- A solid grasp of customer engagement, sales techniques, and lead generation processes.
- You have a genuine passion for staff development and know how to motivate different personalities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when things get busy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You're comfortable with CRM software, Google Suite, and can quickly pick up new applications, including outbound dialling tools.
- If you know your way around the Health Insurance industry, that's a plus!
