- Deliver standout customer service
- Keep the store clean, organised and inviting
- Create a friendly, safe environment for customers and teammates

What we’re looking for: You’ll thrive with us if you have:

- A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Confidence working both independently and within a team
- Strong multi-tasking skills — this role requires juggling customer service, cleaning, merchandising and supporting store operations simultaneously and autonomously
- Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles (helpful, but not essential - we’ll train you!)
