We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Team Members to join our newly launding FroYo shop in Ardross/Applecross. If you love creating great customer experiences, working in a fun environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a valued SWRL Team Member, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers create their perfect frozen yogurt experience while ensuring the shop is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with frozen yogurt service and topping selections
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
- Prepare and replenish toppings, sauces, and other products
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Open and close the store as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service

What We're Looking For





- Friendly, bubbly, and customer-focused personality
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Previous hospitality, retail, or food service experience is preferred but not essential
