Key Responsibilities

- This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client’s systems stay secure, reliable, and mission-ready through expert on‑site technical support and robust client engagement.
- The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals
- .Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
- .Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshootin
- gExperience with supporting a corporate Windows environmen
- tPrinting (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals
- )Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC'
- sTest and Tag experience highly regarde
