Ambrose Construct Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Scope Auditor to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of our building scopes and technical documentation.

About the Role

- Review scopes of work to ensure compliance with industry, insurer, and internal standards.
- Provide technical support for tenders, specialist report reviews, and repair methodology guidance.
- Communicate complex construction concepts clearly in written reports and stakeholder discussions.
- Support staff development through training assistance, performance monitoring, and review participation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across workflows, documentation, and operational processes.

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated construction industry experience, trade qualifications preferred (carpentry a bonus).
- Strong understanding of residential construction, including deconstruction and reconstruction processes.
- Skilled in assessing repair methods, building concepts, and insurance related practices.
- Confident in reading specialist reports and turning findings into clear repair recommendations.
- Experienced in reviewing, auditing, and producing accurate,



comprehensive building reports and scopes.
- Proficient in managing and uploading documentation within digital systems and client platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of explaining construction processes clearly and professionally to clients and internal teams.
- Experienced in supporting team performance through training, feedback, and review participation.
- Strong problem solving skills and able to work independently with sound judgement.
- Committed to safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and health and safety obligations, with a willingness to support workflow and process improvements
