- Leading and contributing to customer implementations across TechnologyOne Financials and Corporate Performance Management products.
- Providing expert product, process and consulting advice across finance, budgeting, planning, reporting and performance management solutions.
- Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting solution design, configuration, testing and customer readiness activities.
- Partnering with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into practical,



best-practice solution outcomes.
- Managing project deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned to customer expectations and program objectives.
- Supporting change requests, estimates, proposals and other commercial activities across Financials and CPM engagements.
- Building trusted relationships with finance teams, executives, project stakeholders and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants, sharing product knowledge, delivery practices and customer success insights.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by providing feedback on products, processes, tools and delivery methodologies.
