Mater Health Services is seeking a General Manager to lead Mater Hospital Brisbane in South Brisbane. This permanent, full‑time role reports to the Executive Director Mater Hospitals and focuses on integrating operations across a 300+ bed facility with ED, ICU, cancer centre and subspecialty services.
The GM will drive clinical and financial performance, safety and quality, while fostering a patient‑centred, compassionate and inclusive culture within a not-for-profit health system.
