Job Description

Local disability support business seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join their team. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work alongside individuals with diverse needs, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily support with personal care, household tasks, and community access
- Assist clients to participate in social, recreational, and employment activities
- Follow individual care plans and support client goals
- Work collaboratively with other support staff and services
- Maintain a secure, respectful, and inclusive environment

Requirements

- Previous employment experience is preferred
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services) are advantageous
- Current Drivers Licence (preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Willing to take on participants that are currently studying for the qualification
