DRM Civil Pty Ltd is a small but growing civil contractor based in Melbourne’s South East. We work across Victoria and regularly travel interstate for projects.
We’re looking for an experienced operator who takes pride in their work, respects machinery, and wants to be part of a small but hardworking growing team for the long haul.
This isn’t just an operating role, and it is not a training role. We need someone who can hit the ground running and is willing to jump out of the machine and help with pipe laying, concreting, labouring and whatever else is needed to get the job done safely and to a high standard.
Final trim excavator experience (3+ years, GPS preferred)
A great attitude is more important to us than the perfect skill set. We can help the right person continue to develop, but we can’t teach work ethic, respect and the right mindset.
Takes pride in machinery and quality workmanship.
