About the Role

As a Production Estimator, you will provide vital support to the Estimating Manager and serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external suppliers or trades. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate estimates, managing estimating software and reviewing plans and documentation to ensure build and cost accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing detailed cost estimates for production projects, including labor, materials and overhead.
- Collaborating with Sales Consultant along with external engineers and suppliers to gather accurate information and refine estimates.
- Monitoring project budgets and providing updates on cost variances.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all estimates and related communications.
- General estimating and admin duties including updating catalogues and pricing and assisting with procurement

What You'll Need

- Certificate IV in Building and Construction, relevant trade background or demonstrated experience in residential construction
- Prior experience in production estimating within the residential construction industry (advantageous but not required)
- Excellent knowledge of Databuild




- Prior experience with build take-offs
- Knowledge of Bluebeam (advantageous but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team setting
- Highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
