Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Detailer specialising in Offroad RVs and Caravans to join our team in Campbellfield, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional detailing services to our clients' recreational vehicles and caravans. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every vehicle leaving our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be working on-site at our Campbellfield location, providing specialist detailing expertise that sets our service apart in the automotive trades industry.

Key responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive exterior detailing on offroad RVs and caravans, including deep cleaning, polishing, waxing and protective coating application
- Complete thorough interior detailing of recreational vehicles, ensuring all surfaces, upholstery and fittings are cleaned to the highest standard
- Operate and maintain specialised detailing equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Inspect vehicles for damage or areas requiring special attention and communicate findings to management
- Prepare vehicles for sale or customer handover by ensuring pristine presentation
- Advise customers on recommended detailing treatments and protective options available
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing workspace and tool storage areas
- Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain compliance with workplace regulations
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet service delivery timelines
- Stay current with evolving detailing techniques and products relevant to RVs and caravans

What we're looking for

- Must have prior experience in vehicle detailing, with specific experience in detailing offroad RVs and/or caravans highly desirable




- Strong knowledge of detailing products, techniques and equipment specific to different vehicle materials and finishes
- Demonstrated ability to work to high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various positions for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
- Full driving licence and willingness to move or position vehicles as required
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the automotive trades
- Certification in detailing or automotive finishing is advantageous but not essential
- Reliability and professional conduct in all client interactions
