About the Role

As our Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Philanthropy and Communications team to nurture donor relationships, coordinate personalised stewardship activities, manage donor communications and maintain accurate donor records. You'll play a key role in ensuring every supporter feels appreciated, informed and connected to the impact of their generosity.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, customer service, communications, marketing or administration.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding supporter experiences.

- Confidence using databases or CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly regarded).

- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
