Our Equipment Service provides essential aids - like wheelchairs and electric beds - on loan to people living with motor neurone disease (MND). We're seeking a positive, proactive team player to support this vital service.
As an Equipment Service Officer, you’ll work within a dedicated team of six to coordinate the smooth delivery, collection, and tracking of equipment, ensuring it reaches those who need it safely and promptly.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing equipment requests and returns via our CRM (currently Salesforce)
Liaising with clients, families, and allied health professionals
Scheduling and coordinating equipment movements
Cleaning and preparing equipment for dispatch
Supporting general office operations
To be successful, you’ll bring:
A qualification in business administration (or equivalent experience)
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
