Plena Healthcare is seeking a Dietitian to deliver high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community across Recent South Wales. Reporting to the Dietetics Team Leader, you will provide person-centred care and work collaboratively with Plena colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure excellent outcomes.
This role requires travel to sites, current DA registration, and your ability to obtain NDIS screening and a National Police Check.
