We take a participant-based approach, creating tailored support teams to help our clients achieve their personal goals. Our aim is to provide the support necessary for our clients to live happy, independent lives while meeting the unique challenges they face.

Requirements of the Position

- Certificate IV or higher in a Care, Support, or Community Services-related field (or enrolled in/willing to enrol in study)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR (obtained within the past year)
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s License
- A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others, particularly individuals with complex needs
- A creative, compassionate,



personable, and professional approach to supporting people
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of established work practices and procedures relevant to the industry

You will be someone who thrives on supporting individuals with complex needs, showing empathy and understanding in every interaction. Your approach will be flexible, creative, and professional, always focusing on the unique goals and aspirations of each client.
