We're looking for Cooks who can jump straight in and handle the heat at 4 Pines Brewing Company's flagship Victorian venue in Torquay.

The Role

30 to 38 hours per week available.

- Food Preparation:Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Quality Control:Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest culinary standards.
- Inventory Management:Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Creativity:Contribute to menu development and special offerings, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Safety and Hygiene:Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen setting.

About You





- Bring your culinary skills to the table and help create memorable meals in our unique venue.
- Appropriate culinary qualification.
- Experience operating the grill section.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
