Your Role

As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in logistics locally and globally, process orders and general office operations.



Your responsibilities will include:

- Process domestic orders including NZ

- Coordinate with 3PL companies for logistics

- Prepare and Place Purchase orders to overseas factory

- Managing and responding to emails

- Overseeing day-to-day inventory levels

- Using Xero to input inward stock

Talent Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:

- 1–2 years of experience in logistics

- Familiarity with Xero (preferred)

- Strong MS Office skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Great time management and teamwork abilities
