Join the Petstock Darwin team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate. The role focuses on providing outstanding service to pet owners and driving sales while maintaining store presentation and safety.

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support pet owners with product advice.
- Complete sale transactions and work toward store sales targets.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure current stock is accurately displayed.
- Replenish stock and keep inventory up to date.
- Keep product knowledge current on pet care, products and services.
- Contribute to a supportive store culture and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum of experience in a similar retail environment.
- Passion for animals and a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work weekends/public holidays.




- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
