Production Loader Operators (Mobile Crushing + Road Train Load Out) – Iron Ore Project

FIFO Ex Perth – 2/1 – Days + Nights

$60 per Hour Days / $69 per Hour Nights+ per Hour + Super + Weekly Pay (12.5 hour days paid)

Fetch Mining Services are currently seeking Loader Operators for a small Iron Ore Project commencing ASAP.

We are assisting our client, an owner‑operator mining company, as they ramp up production across the mining team and mobile crushing circuit.

As such we are seeking Loader Operators to join either the mobile crushing team or road train loadout team on 2/1 rosters commencing ASAP.

Roles:

- Mobile Crushing Team – operating loaders, mobile crusher, changing screens, operating other machinery as required (Terex Crushers)




- Train Load Out team – 980 loaders loading out triple and quad road trains

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Production Loader Operator loading road trains / crusher
- Experience operating 980/988/992 loaders
- Mobile crushing experience highly desirable
- Open pit mining experience and experience using load‑rite preferred (training offered for experience ROM or Dump Truck Loaders)
- Site based experience essential
- Experience in a fast‑paced high volume production role working towards production targets
- Ability to work well with others and have a good attitude

Additional Requirements:

- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug and alcohol screen + frequent on‑site testing
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to take direction and feedback
- Must be able to complete basic online inductions
- Will need 2 recent contactable references
- Must be able to commence ASAP
- Full Australian Working Rights – no sponsorship
- Driver's Licence required
- NPC not required for this role
