Job Description
We are seeking an organised, personable, and energetic Team Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide crucial support to the bustling Foxtel Media Sydney Sales Team. You will be a central point of contact, responsible for streamlining, tracking, and prioritising activities across the team's operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while supporting a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for the team, helping to prepare compelling sales presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
- Master the team's schedule by managing diaries and coordinating complex national and international travel arrangements.
- Act as a central point of contact, professionally handling calls, managing emails, and welcoming guests to our office.
- Work closely with our marketing and communications teams to help organise engaging internal and external events, and assist with press releases and internal updates.
- Play a key part in our client relationships by assisting with the management and distribution of corporate ticketing.
- Keep the team's operations running smoothly by managing office and travel expenses and assisting with a variety of day-to-day activities.
- Help keep projects on track by taking notes in meetings and following up on action items.

About the Candidate
- Previous experience providing high-level administrative support to a dynamic team, preferably within a sales or media workplace.
- Exceptional collaboration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence and experience managing stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office Skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Previous experience managing daily diary schedules and appointments for a team.
- Experience working within the media and advertising industry and a sound understanding of the Australian media landscape would be highly advantageous.
