About the Role

Estia Health South Morang has exciting opportunities for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN's) to join our team on a casual basis. You will be a comfort to our residents and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

- Provide clinical care to our residents
- Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for current and existing residents
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN‑ACC and Commonwealth Standards
- Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care

Qualifications

- Empathy and prior experience working in an aged care home
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Ability to build and develop rapport with residents, their families, and visitors
- A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration




- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
