Employment Status: Permanent Part Time
Location: Townsville (North) & Surrounding Areas
Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s) + Employee discounts

Role Overview

Provide personal care and support to clients living in the community, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life. Work involves scheduled visits, one‑on‑one interaction within clients' homes and assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

- Deliver in‑home personal care and daily living assistance (showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, ironing)
- Support clients according to their individualised Care Plan
- Assist with community‑based recreational and social activities
- Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant probity checks and legislation

Requirements

- Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification – Essential




- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
- Roadworthy & insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum) – Essential
- Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops) – Essential
- Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
