As our Client Success Officer , you'll contribute to driving client satisfaction, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from Cuscal's products and services. You'll play a key role in supporting Cuscal's strategic goals and delivering value to clients, colleagues, and the broader business. Adapted from the template structure.

- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
- Supporting service delivery and coordinating the resolution of client enquiries and issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Experience in client service, account management, customer success or relationship management
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Experience within financial services, payments, banking or fintech
- Knowledge of client onboarding,
service management or operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
