We are looking for a Trade Qualified Metal Fabricator Welder, a Truck Driver, a Fitter and an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor to join our Keegan Transport team in Maddington.
Metal Fabricator / Welder
Responsibilities:
- Perform metal repairs and general fabrication and welding.
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Cut, shape, assemble and weld components as directed by the workshop plan.
- Perform quality assurance checks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate III in Engineering.
- Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Driver Licence.
Truck Driver
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- MC/HC licence.
- Solid commitment to health and safety.
- The ability to follow procedures and directions.
- The ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Motivation and ability to be well organised.
- Team player.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent health with a capacity to perform manual work.
Salary range: $78,000 – $90,000.
Fitter
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Occupational Health and Safety Advisor / Officer
Responsibilities:
- Promote occupational health and safety within the company and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
- Liaise and communicate with clients, contractors and internal staff on all HSEQ matters.
- Monitor and update systems (e.g., Safety module, action register, asset registers).
- Manage asset management control systems and ensure procedure compliance.
- Build relationships with external training providers and consultants and develop preferred supplier lists.
- Maintain and update the company’s risk registers.
- Monitor and report on the company’s performance against established KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Complete internal HSEQ system audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.
- Coordinate quarterly project HSEQ inspections and maintain the project league table incentive system.
- Ensure completion of all HSEQ questionnaires and documentation as part of the project tendering process.
- Design and deliver internal HSEQ training courses and workshops.
- Check supplier/subcontractor contracts.
- Accident/incident investigation and reporting.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000.
