What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview top talent, handle testing and references
- Keep clients and team members in the loop with clear and timely updates
- Work with precision and efficiency,
utilising multiple systems
- Support your Client Manager with client care
- Bring creativity to your candidate sourcing game
What You Bring
- 1+ years' experience in recruitment
- A genuine love of people and commitment to top-tier candidate care
- Clear, confident communicator – both in writing and on the phone
- You prioritise like a pro and keep your cool under pressure
- Tech-savvy and super organised (Ideally experience with Jobadder, Hiring Manager, Hubspot, Referoo, Microsoft Office, Co-pilot, Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search)
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
