The Trustee for Nest Import and Management Trust THE ROLE We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of Fulfillio's marketing strategy within the Australian third-party logistics sector. As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for: Strategic Market Planning: Define and execute our national marketing strategy with focus on brand positioning and market penetration in the 3PL sector. Conduct market research and develop strategies that support business growth and client retention. Budget & ROI Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget and manage resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment across performance marketing, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyse market dynamics and competitor landscapes to identify service opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to the executive team on growth and retention strategies. Digital Strategy & Content Governance: Oversee social media management and develop comprehensive content strategy across all digital channels. Ensure brand consistency and appropriate messaging across all touchpoints. B2B Lead Generation & Customer Experience: Lead end-to-end website management, optimise the customer journey, and drive B2B lead generation and conversion through marketing initiatives. Industry Recognition: Identify and coordinate submissions for industry awards and recognition programmes to enhance brand reputation and credibility. You'll report directly to the CEO and work collaboratively with operations, sales, and client success teams across all Australian locations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification)



Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing management or marketing-related roles Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and B2B marketing Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results Self-motivated with strong project management capabilities Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with tactical execution Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment Strong business acumen with genuine interest in the logistics industry Collaborative team player who works well across functions Detail-oriented and organised
