Event Hospitality Staff | AAMI Park, Melbourne Showgrounds and Major Events

We're on the lookout for casual Event Hospitality Staff to join our team across AAMI Park, Melbourne Showgrounds, and also have the opportunity to support our external team at upcoming Major Events.

About the Role

As part of our casual event hospitality team, you'll be on the ground delivering exceptional service to patrons across some of Melbourne's biggest sporting and entertainment events. No two shifts are the same, one week it might be AAMI Park, the next a major motor racing event or showground gala dinner.





What You'll Be Doing

- Providing friendly, efficient service across bars, kiosks, and function areas
- Setting up and packing down service areas before and after events
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Working closely with your team to keep service moving during peak crowd periods
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and RSA compliance

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working in a lively, high-energy environment
- Reliability and a team-first mindset
