Tri Tech Refrigeration is expanding its Service Department with a brand current Administration Assistant role based at our Thomastown site. You'll be the administrative engine, supporting the Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Service Supervisor and Account Managers to keep paperwork and communications moving smoothly.
You’ll update job records, manage purchases and quotes, assist with bookings and customer enquiries, and look for smarter ways to streamline processes.
