The Support People in Ballarat is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer or Senior Client Services Officer to coordinate high-quality supports for participants. You will work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and allied health professionals to ensure outstanding service.
Senior roles include mentoring team members, guiding complex participant matters and driving service quality improvements in partnership with the Client Services Team Leader.
