Teacher (Higher Education) of Marketing and Entrepreneurship

Location: Ultimo

Duration: Temporary Full‑time (35 hours per week) until July 2028

Salary package: $111,798 – $132,585 (includes base salary and employer contributions)

About the role

Bring your passion for marketing, innovation, and entrepreneurship into the classroom. You will deliver high‑quality, industry‑aligned teaching in the Bachelor of Business program (AQF 7) and guide students through contemporary marketing theory, digital marketing practices, customer insights, brand strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.

You will facilitate learning experiences that build practical capabilities in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, digital and social media marketing, market research, branding, innovation management, new venture creation, and entrepreneurial decision‑making. You will create inclusive, supportive learning environments that foster creativity, critical thinking, problem‑solving, collaboration,



commercial awareness, and lifelong learning.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will:

- Hold an AQF 8 qualification (Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, or Masters) in a related field.
- Have at least three years post‑qualification industry experience and a recent record of no more than five years in the industry.
- Be prepared to continually develop your knowledge, industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.

Eligibility

Applicants must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current Current Zealand passport.

Successful candidates must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check and are subject to an Australian National Criminal Record Check.
