The Sleeper Hut Pty Ltd is a well‑established supplier of concrete sleeper retaining wall materials, servicing customers across Southeast Queensland. We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Yard Supervisor to lead our small team and keep our yard running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

About the Role

You will oversee day‑to‑day yard operations, working closely with a team of 2–3 staff. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in a well‑organised yard, and communicates confidently with both customers and suppliers. Hours are between 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a small yard team in daily operations
- Load customer orders safely and accurately
- Organise incoming stock deliveries and maintain clear stock locations
- Keep the yard neat, safe, and efficient
- Operate forklifts and vehicles for loading/unloading

- Good physical health
- Solid communication and people skills
