Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assembler to join our Agricultural Build Team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying and preparing agricultural machinery and equipment to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
Working within a fast-paced workshop environment, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment is built, tested and ready for delivery to customers across Australia. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in producing quality outcomes and is looking to further develop your skills in a supportive team environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience in assembly, maintenance, fitting or repair of machinery, vehicles or equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work safely in a workshop environment.
- A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble agricultural machinery and equipment to required specifications.
- Install accessories, attachments and components as required.
- Modify equipment in accordance with customer requirements and work instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of completed builds.
- Identify and rectify assembly or fitment issues.
- Prepare equipment for dispatch, including cleaning and detailing.
- Pick, pack and prepare parts and attachments for assembly and delivery.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all company procedures, quality requirements and safety regulations.
- Contribute positively to team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The hourly rate will be based on your level of experience and according to the WW Solutions Pty Ltd & AMWU Victorian Enterprise Agreement 2025. Level 1 begins at$34.78 per hour up to Level 7, $51.05per hour.
