Possability is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused RTO Program & Partnerships Coordinator to lead the coordination of our workforce qualification pathways and build strong partnerships that support employee development and organisational growth.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this newly created role will work closely with RTO partners, leaders, and students to coordinate training pathways, monitor program outcomes, and help shape the future of workforce development across the organisation.

Whilst the role is primarily based out of our Moorabbin office, some travel to Footscray and service locations may be required from time to time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate the implementation and ongoing delivery of our RTO workforce pathway program.
- Act as the key operational contact for RTO partners and stakeholders.
- Support students through qualification pathways, eligibility requirements, and study commitments.
- Monitor program milestones, risks, outcomes, progression and completion rates.
- Coordinate partnership meetings, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Analyse program data and provide insights that drive future workforce development strategies.

What You'll Bring

- Knowledge of nationally recognised training and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data and translating findings into practical outcomes.
- Experience in community services or child and family services will be highly regarded.

You'll Also Need (or be able to obtain)

- National Police Check
