Position Available: Full-Time Concrete Batcher - Griffith

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Batcher to join our team at Mawsons Griffith Concrete site. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for coordinating daily concrete production, scheduling deliveries, maintaining quality standards and ensuring customers receive the right product on time, every time.

This role may also require travel and time away to support other Mawsons concrete sites and project work as required.

The Concrete Batcher will be responsible for operating our batching plant, scheduling and dispatching concrete deliveries,



communicating with customers and drivers, coordinating site activities and maintaining accurate records and reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of plant operations, administration and customer interaction.

In this role you will:

- Batch and dispatch concrete to specification while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate daily deliveries and schedules
- Liaise with customers, drivers, contractors and suppliers
- Operate and maintain concrete batching plant equipment and associated machinery
- Complete testing, reporting and administrative requirements
- Conduct pre-start inspections and assist with plant and yard maintenance
- Maintain a safe, compliant and efficient work environment
- Current HR drivers licence
- Experience in concrete batching, agitator driving or a similar operational role
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
