The Role
You’ll be part of a professional installation team working across South-East & Inner Melbourne, delivering a variety of residential HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of multi-split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems
- Occasional installation of gas ducted heating & evaporative cooling
- Service & repairs of gas ducted heating systems
- Installation of ventilation & exhaust systems
- Exposure to hydronic heating systems
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualified (Mechanical Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic)
- Minimum 3+ years post-trade experience (or 4th year apprentice)
- Gas & water endorsements required
- Strong HVAC knowledge (highly regarded)
- Current driver’s licence with good record
- White Card + solid OH&S; understanding
- Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Tech-savvy (experience with paperless systems is a bonus)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
