We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Accommodation Guest Services team member to join our growing business.

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and property owners, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to guest enquiries via phone, email and online booking platforms
- Managing reservations and booking amendments
- Coordinating guest arrivals and departures
- Assisting guests with questions before, during and after their stay
- Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance contractors and property owners
- Managing maintenance requests and following up to completion
- Preparing guest communications and arrival information
- Maintaining property information and booking systems
- Providing local recommendations as requested
- Assisting with general administration and office duties
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A warm, qualified and friendly manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using computers and learning new software
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism, reception, guest services or customer service will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Hours
We are open to discussing full-time or part-time opportunities with the right candidate. Some weekend and public holiday work will be required on a rotating roster.
